A Little Bit About Me:
Hello! I’m an author with a passion for storytelling across both fiction and non-fiction. My
debut novel, Being Grace, is a historical young adult romance, and I’ve also published several
non-fiction works, including memoirs and family histories. My writing explores resilience, personal
growth, and the human journey, connecting with readers through authentic stories and meaningful
themes.
I began my published writing career in 2006 with freelance work and have since expanded into
novels, biographies, and memoirs, sharing a variety of stories that inspire and resonate. Over the
years, I’ve also maintained a travel blog, capturing experiences and insights from life on the road,
which often informs my storytelling.
Through my work, I aim to create a connection with readers who enjoy character-driven narratives,
historical fiction, and real-life stories with heart. I also share insights into my writing process and
behind-the-scenes glimpses into the life of an author.
Follow me to stay updated on my books, writing projects, and the creative journey behind my storytelling.

This fictional story of Grace takes place between 1920, when Grace was four years old and lost her parents in a car accident, and through her many challenges to 1935

In 1983, in the small Ontario town of Millbrook, a new seniors housing complex was opened. Twenty years later, I met the first resident to move in. Audrey Victor was still there to celebrate the Manor’s 25th Anniversary. Through her stories and those of the current residents, I put together this commemorative book.

When Jim Victor became my life partner, his dad had been gone for several years. I learned of his life as an entertainer and entrepreneur through the stories Jim and his mother, Audrey, shared while we were out on Sunday drives, I began recording them. In 2012 I published this book about their good times and bad.
